Shipping policy
Orders can be shipped from various locations.
If the item is in stock in our local warehouses then the order will ship from the Italy.
If it is not in stock in our Italy warehouses then it will ship directly from our warehouse in China.
Delivery Method
In most cases, we adopt Express delivery which takes between 5-12 business days for delivery. Express delivery costs are based on the weight of your order and the distance it is being shipped. We charge actual delivery rates that are calculated automatically when the order is placed. Please note: for express shipping, duties-and-taxes may apply.
We offer FREE delivering when the order is over 80€.
If you select Express Delivery at checkout, an e-mail carrying the delivery information will be sent to your e-mail address for you to track your package conveniently. The express delivery companies will opt among DHL, EMS, E-express, FedEx, and other express companies based on the timeliness and the shipping cost.

Delivery Time
Delivery time is affected by customs and global weather. If you need your dress for a specific date, please contact our customer service department before ordering to ensure we can meet your deadline.
In general, countries in Europe, Asia and Australia will receive the dresses about 3 - 5 working days.
The region outside above mentioned will land about 6 - 12 working days (including North America, South America, etc.)
In most occasions, we offer both standard shipping and expedited shipping. The relatively precise time please refer to the shipping time displaying on the checkout page.
